Put simply, AffordAssist replaces the need for the full cash deposit. We provide a proprietary Deferred Deposit Agreement (DDA) between the seller and buyer for the amount needed to secure a loan.
This means, you can buy now, defer and pay the balance of the deposit later; typically within 60 months and always without interest.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong communication skills. You are not afraid of having a conversation with someone based around their enquiry and how we can best assist them. Proficient use of Skype, Active campaign (or similar CRM), Google meet, Gmail – preferred however not essential
- You have fantastic listening skills: you can listen well without interrupting or talking over people and you are comfortable with silence whilst clients are in their thought process.
- An understanding of the Lending/ Real Estate and/or Legal environments beneficial – however not essential
- You are people centric
- Passionate about programs/solutions that empower more people into home ownership
About The Job
Duties and expectations of the Customer Care Assistant include, but are not restricted to, the following:
Providing a friendly, respectful, informative and professional communication with clients by way of telephone, email and virtual meetings, using AffordAssists preferred platforms.
Customer Service Assistants are expected to initiate outbound calls, following up enquiries from a variety of sources, to establish eligibility for the AffordAssist program.
Expectations are to follow up with clients in a timely and professional fashion.
Customer Care Assistants are required to manage, update and maintain client’s files and notes within the CRM, scheduling stages, creating tasks and applying tags accordingly.
Special attention is required when managing the eligibility forms; including explaining the purpose of the forms to the clients, sending, receiving, reviewing to ensure forms are correctly completed.
You will be required to role play with clients to explain the AffordAssist Fast-Track Calculator and Payments Calculator prior to qualifying the client as eligible.
Work with and report to your dedicated Facilitator.
Timely and respectful responses to communications by telephone, email and texts are expected with your dedicated Facilitator, and any other member of the AffordAssist staff.
Achieve minimum monthly KPI targets, to be advised prior to the launch of advertising campaigns.
Be available for scheduled training sessions.
Attend where applicable seminars/ online events.
You are expected to use and maintain and have available, your own computers, phones and office spaces.
A pre-approved background must be used during any virtual meetings with clients and a high standard of dress and tidy appearance is expected.
Further progression within the Company to build a prosperous career may be available to self-starters. Other positions include Customer Care, Facilitator, Property Consultant, Approved Agent, Procurement Manager.
